Delhi - Jaisalmer - Jodhpur - Khempur - Deogarh - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Agra - Delhi
Day 1: ARRIVE AT DELHI AIRPORT
On arrival at Delhi airport one of our executives will be there to greet you and transfer you to the hotel.
Overnight in Delhi.
Day 2: DELHI - JAISALMER [BY FLIGHT]
Transfer to Delhi airport and fly to Jaisalmer. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel to unpack and freshenup before heading out to explore. Jaisalmer is a fascinating fort town surrounded by the Thar Desert, it has a quieter atmosphere and breathtaking architecture. A great place to start your Rajasthan textile experience. In the afternoon we will visit the intriguing abandoned ghost town of Kuldhara, then Bada Bagh sun set point.

Day 3: JAISALMER
After breakfast we will tour the fort which is one of the few living forts in the world, with a quarter of city’s population residing within its walls. Strolling through the historic twists and turns of the internal streets of the old town with its shops,restaurants and traditional havelis is like stepping back in time. Also visit a textile shop to choose fabrics for tomorrows stitching and perhaps do some shopping. A visit to Patwa and Nathmal Haveli. We will also visit lake Gadisar.

Day 4: JAISALMER
A sewing workshop in Jaisalmer. A Vegetarian lunch will be provided during the workshop.

Day 5: JAISALMER - JODHPUR
After Breakfast we will depart the mesmerising Jaisalmer and make our way to theiconic blue city of Jodhpur.En route we will stop at the quaint Bawri village and have a mouth-watering vegetarian home cooked lunch. Checking into the hotel. Rest of the day to relax, perhaps a swim and unwind.

[IPT are proud supporters of women empowerment. The ladies in the Barwai village are mostly self reliant through their entrepreneur strive with sewing , pottery and salt making. You will have the opportunity to learn their incredible stories].
Day 6: JODHPUR
After breakfast, an exploration of Jodhpur. Jodhpur, iconically known for the indigo washed wall city. Thus, Jodhpur is known as the Blue City. We will Explore the old city with its indigo washed walls, narrow winding streets and open squares. Jodhpur is particularly known for its leather and embroidered textiles.

Day 7: JODHPUR
We will spend the day exploring the Jodhpur fort, Jaswant Thada Cenotaph and strolling in the local Clock Tower Market before returning to the hotel. Rest ofthe day at your leisure. This evening under the stars of the desert enjoy a roof top dinner at Pal Haveli.

Day 8: JODHPUR
After breakfast we will head out to one of the local villages to watch the local artisans as they weave dhurrie rugs by hand. Lunch with a weaver’s family near Salavas Village. Return to hotel in the afternoon. Prior to returning to our hotel we will visit a textile shop.

Day 9: JODHPUR - KHEMPUR : [MARIGOLD HOTEL]
Today we drive to Khempur. Khempur is a village in Udaipur district, Rajasthan, India. It is noted for its Ravla Khempur, an equestrian hotel which was originally the palace of a charan chieftain. It featured as the hotel in the 2012 film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.

Day 10: KHEMPUR :[MARIGOLD HOTEL]
Authentic Indian cooking class, time to relax in the surrounds or visit the local village.

Day 11: KHEMPUR - DEOGARH
After breakfast we will drive to Deogarh. On arrival check into the hotel then it’s free time to take a leisurely stroll through the local markets or partake in one of the activities the hotel has on offer. The stunningly preserved palace of yester year is hard to resist, walking around all its nook and crannies just exploring. On the roof top looking back towards the palace makes the perfect spot for a selfie.

Day 12: DEOGARH - JAIPUR
After breakfast drive to Jaipur, arrive and check into hotel prior to visiting a textile shop and perhaps organise clothing to be made.

Day 13: JAIPUR
After breakfast it’s off to explore the enchanting Pink City. The harmonious consolidation of old and new propitiously comforted over Jaipur’s shoulders like that old favourite jacket that’s buttons have since been replaced with a modern zipper. It still has the same feel, it’s just more functional. The regal bygone opulent era merged with modernity gently stirred not shaken created this appetizer of a city. Enough to drown the thirst of any traveller with its vast array of offerings. The perfect cocktail of past and present will leave you astonishingly in admiration of the countries first planned city.
You will visit the famous Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace), Amber Palace and Water Palace. An optional stroll through the Old City, giving you an opportunity to maximise you’re understanding about Jaipur and experience the hidden corners of this captivating city. Your guide will take you through the vibrant bazaars and lanes that interweave the Old City in a lattice patchwork of inspiration. You will have the opportunity to interact with locals and try some of the delectable street food delicacies of Rajasthani cuisine.

Day 14: JAIPUR
Today we will enjoy a Natural Dye and Handblock Workshop. A vegetarian lunch will be provided during the workshop.

Day 15: JAIPUR
Today we will visit an elephant farm near Jaipur. We will have the exciting opportunity to feed and take our creative skills to a whole new level by painting an elephant. Yes, you did read that right you will get to paint on an actual elephant. In the evening you will feast on a scrumptious dinner at a private haveli now converted into a heritage hotel called Dera Mandawa.

Day 16: JAIPUR
Today there is the options to walk through the local markets, or do last minute shopping for fabrics, jewellery or relax by the pool.

Day 17: JAIPUR - RANTHAMBORE
After breakfast drive to Ranthambore. Check into the hotel then an afternoon safari.The national park of Ranthambore is an exhilaratingly heritage site, with its fort and ruins to jeep around on safari to see tigers and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 18: RANTHAMBORE - AGRA
After breakfast drive to Agra. Arrive and visit the Fort and Mehtab garden.

Day 19: AGRA - DELHI AIRPORT
Early morning visit of the Taj Mahal. Drive to Delhi airport for your flight home. [B]
